Terms of Service
Last updated 27 August 2026.
1. Who you contract with
Daniel and Revelation is operated by Power of the Lamb ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you enter into an agreement with us on these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
2. Acceptance
Continued use of the service means you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice. If we change the terms materially we will update the date above and, where reasonable, notify account holders.
3. What the service is
The service provides the King James Version text of Daniel and Revelation together with study aids: illustrations, a symbol decoder, timelines and mind maps, verse-level study notes, chapter dossiers, present-day pattern panels and audio narration. Some of this material is produced with the assistance of AI language models within a fixed interpretive framework.
4. AI-assisted study material
Study notes, dossiers, present-day panels and narration may be generated or drafted by AI and can contain errors, omissions or dated information. They are offered for study and devotional use only and are not theological, legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Always weigh them against Scripture and primary sources. We may edit, filter, regenerate or withdraw generated material at any time, and we do not guarantee that any particular note will remain unchanged.
You are responsible for anything you submit to the service, for how you use its output, and for verifying accuracy before you republish or teach from it. Do not use the service to produce unlawful, hateful, defamatory or deceptive content, and do not attempt to bypass its safeguards or content limits.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or harassment;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- interfere with security — no malware, probing, penetration testing, rate abuse or bulk scraping of the text, study notes or audio;
- reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or its content;
- share account credentials or circumvent access limits or the paywall.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information.
6. Intellectual property and licence
We retain all rights in the service, its software, design, artwork, study material and branding. Scripture is quoted from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in most jurisdictions. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal study and teaching within the plan you have selected. If you believe material on the service infringes your rights, contact us and we will investigate and remove infringing content; repeat infringement may end your access.
7. Plans, payment and cancellation
Scripture, the symbol decoder and the apologetics library are free. Full Access is sold monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime purchase and renews automatically for the recurring plans until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. See our Refund Policy.
Purchases are sold by Power of the Lamb Ministries and processed by Stripe. Billing support, refunds and cancellations are handled by us directly — contact us and we will take care of it.
8. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance; features may change, and AI generation depends on third-party providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your access to paid features ends; you may request an export of your account data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or breach of these terms.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, and disputes will be heard by its courts. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
