Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If Full Access is not what you hoped for, ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order — monthly, yearly or lifetime — and we will give it, no questions asked.
How to request one
Open the billing portal from your account page to find your invoices, or email us at support@phototheologybible.com and we will arrange it for you. You do not need to explain your reasons.
What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, Full Access ends and the app returns to the free reader — the KJV text of Daniel and Revelation, the symbol decoder and the apologetics library remain open to you forever.
Cancelling instead of refunding
If you simply do not want to renew, cancel from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps Full Access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days; your bank may take a little longer to show the credit. Our processor's terms also applies to every order.
